This policy explains what personal data XiotBox (operated by OnGood) collects through this website and the Customer Downloads portal, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: name, email address and account credentials required to sign in.
  • Order and payment data: order details and, where a payment provider is used, confirmation data processed by that provider.
  • Runtime and license data: Runtime ID, plan, status and expiry date needed to activate, claim and renew licenses.
  • Support correspondence: messages and logs you send us for support.

2. What we do not collect

Print jobs, documents, printer data and Odoo business data are not collected by us. Runtime and SocketD run on infrastructure you operate, so print content stays inside your environment.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide portal access, orders, downloads and license activation, claim and renewal.
  • To provide support and respond to requests.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and with your consent where required.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who need it to operate the service (for example hosting and payment processing) and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep personal data while your account is active and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax and security purposes.

7. Security

Data in transit is protected with TLS. Access to portal and download systems is restricted to staff who need it, following least-privilege principles.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email support@xiotbox.com.

9. Cookies

We use session cookies required for sign-in and the shopping cart. Analytics or marketing cookies are used only where you have consented.

We may update this policy from time to time; changes will be posted on this page.
